200hr certified yoga instructor
Competitive track and field athlete, specializing in sprints and jumps. Holding multiple records, provincial medals, and competing in national races
Former Team Canada national sliding program Skelton athlete
With experience competing at a high level, Nicole understands the physical demand of sport and the importance of intentional stretching and mental preparedness to preform at your best. This isn’t a generic yoga class. Every session is designed with athletes and performance in mind.
